Newest version of VA form 1805

Interesting -Timing -VA said three weeks ago If an appraiser accepts an assignment, but later decides that a desktop or exterior-only appraisal is not appropriate, they can kick it back to the VA within two business days. The VA would then notify the lender, and restart the process to find another appraiser.
So much for a faster turnaround,

Many missing contact info boxes not filled in. I dream up someone's phone number, and do MLS data search, to maybe get an appointment. Not too bad a form, just lazy sales people. Woops, did I say sales people, Originators, my bad. Too much work to fill out 2 pages than 1 ?
If anything, they leave out more information, because it's the "processors" that actually fill in the information.

And he is not on the VA panel, no longer a SAR, and in fact, said he hasn't done any residential appraisals all year, so ?
It is also rumored that Glen's kids took his driver's license and keys after he crashed the 4-wheel family farm truck on an "All Weather Road Surface" :rof: :rof: :rof:

Is it just me or does this new version of the form suck? Terrible layout IMO. Why do people feel the need to change things for the worse?
No big deal here. The form has all needed info on it. Been actually quite busy w DVA appraisals past few months. It’s like a part-full time job; love it.

new form is often missing info. most don't show the sponsor ID but i don't know if that's important
