It is not the number of classes. In NC is is 3, 30 hour classes, 1, 15 hour classes, 1, 15 hour USPAP and a 4 hour supervisor/trainee class. That would be 6 classes 124 hours

and NC it seems has established more than the minimums. directly from the TAF/AQB (this is part of your posted link):




apparently the courses in NC are different. fair housing is a 3 hours course and the super/trainee is 4 hours, so we have 5 classes for 82 hours.
