I don't understand you or Denis. Five years is great on limitations. Also, the State is not requiring me to get a background check. I can do that if I choose to for a client if they want one. Turnabout is fair play I probably will require them to provide a background check on their principal and officers. Then again I might also want a credit check also. I do chose who I do business with.Dennis well said..... I think a lot of folks are reading stuff into this that just isn't there. The 5 year rule seems rational for a statute of limitations. But to expect anyone to be forced by law to violate YOUR privacy is absurd and unenforceable.
