My decades old philosophy of "less is more" is making a comeback....

Now a Skippy is appreciated....

Haven't done the NSEW boundaries for decades. My defined neighborhoods are usually an entire town. Nobody has ever said a word.

The overlords apparently believe that 'walking distance' is discriminatory against the ambulatory challenged.

Change to 'close proximity' and see it that's acceptable. Of course, 'close' is subjective. Where does it all end?

I wonder if the term "within Marine sniper range" is OK? 2,500 meters, +/-.

"Walk in closet" was a no-no as far back as the late '80s/early '90s....
Only difference is software catches these terms today....

Anyone else notice that geographic illiteracy or ingraphicacy is more prevalent than ever? At first I thought it was me who could not convey on a simple map how to go from point A to B. Now I realize that our friend from Ohio has never played with a compass.

Interesting. The UAD reporting requirement is:

Yes and it is a conscious decision since I'm using a town as a defined neighborhood and rarely do those town lines land on roads, neighborhood boundaries, waterways or natural features.

I could name the neighboring town to the NSEW, but no one has ever asked

In such a case one could also report it as...
NORTH: zzz Town Limit
SOUTH: zzz Town Limit
EAST: zzz Town Limit
WEST: zzz Town Limit

That meets the standard of a legally recognized boundary, no?

Please remove phrase "walking distance" from appraisal report. This is not acceptable verbiage per FHLMC.

What about people without legs, so you can't say that. What about "within driving distances" can't use that because it discriminates against people without cars or with no license. Can't say "within a stones throw" because that would assume they have arms as well as a stone. Better use the old standard "Close to shopping and transportation"

if the great melting pot experiment is working...then why boundaries...just more racist gse guidelines :ROFLMAO:
