In such a case one could also report it as...
NORTH: zzz Town Limit
SOUTH: zzz Town Limit
EAST: zzz Town Limit
WEST: zzz Town Limit

That meets the standard of a legally recognized boundary, no?

Yes that is what I meant.

if the great melting pot experiment is working...then why boundaries...just more racist gse guidelines :ROFLMAO:
It seems with every post you make. You set a new low for ignorance and irrelevancy. Which I didn't think was possible. Carry on

Haven't done the NSEW boundaries for decades. My defined neighborhoods are usually an entire town. Nobody has ever said a word.
You must not do lender work, they kick that back in a second. I used to use N, S, E and W but no more LOL

Local banks and credit unions only

Wonder if it's because I have "See Addendum" in that field and they just never actually do?

My default is "Aaaa is a rural county made up of small towns and many farms. The market area of Bbbb includes all of the incorporated city limits to the North, South, East, and West."

If I get a request to change it to defined boundaries it is from an AMC. Annoying but whatever, it only takes a couple of minutes to pull up the google map and change it. Over time I've changed it for most of the villages in my county and created quick lists.

If it goes to the secondary market the UAD will always kick that out so I have no clue what's going on LOL

The overlords apparently believe that 'walking distance' is discriminatory against the ambulatory challenged.

Change to 'close proximity' and see it that's acceptable. Of course, 'close' is subjective. Where does it all end?

I wonder if the term "within Marine sniper range" is OK? 2,500 meters, +/-.
The subject is within xx miles of necessary public and private amenities.

lets ask ace and their unlicensed scum bag mortgage broker appraisers partners...what boundaries do you use when waiving the appraisal? :ROFLMAO:

They do, but never once have I been stipped on it.

I had something similar in the addendum, but must've removed the NSEW part at some point and never put it back
