I've had 15-18 jobs every month this year til May... Then I go to Hawaii for two weeks and since I've been back I've had three jobs...

Yes, It's slow.

I've even hit the pavement and that's only helped a fraction..

You have a banking industry running scared, a decling market, Some Appraisers that have no idea what the cost of doing business is. Some Appraiser's that will continue to kiss @$$ rather than actually Appraise. Then you got those that will do free comp checks, Less than 5% of the entire country can qualify for a Refi. Investigations continuing & each day more evidence comes forward that we are in deep sssshhhhhhhhhhh!!!


Guess there could be a few other reasons it's slow BUT think that cover most.

I just bought a motorcycle here in a distress sale and sold it to some guy in Albuquerque(sp) and pocketed $1100..

Wish I could find some more deals like that one...

Appraisals, REO Prsevation, Auctions. Booked up for about two weeks now if the ones on hold come off hold do to the flooding.

In addition I am starting up "Meat "N" Taters" in the next week. Also bring on line my static on line auction site Rural WIS Surplus.

Don't know if I am making any money yet????????????????

Jan-May were pretty good but June has been dead. It's been 110+ degrees here lately, so I assume many are on vacation, at least in their minds anyways!!!

Got me an ole filling station in the Wisconsin Dells area.

I am putting in an Italian Amish Produce Stand. So all those folks who want Fresh Home Grown Amish Produce while staying and cooking in the $500K to $1M condotel units will have a place to buy fresh produce. They can stock up on the way back home to Chicago and Milwaukee with produce and taters. The meat part is buying our and other small producers beef by the quarter, side or full beef. This way they know where their produce is coming from and all home raised and they know where there beef is coming from all home raised.

As far as the Italian, I am part Italian and I plan to hire me one of those good looking Italian young ladies from northern Italy, Put her in a thong bikini with an hand organ she can grind and a monkey on a leash on the corner. That should draw business in.
