Good luck, good fishing and a good life to you. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting, you have over the last few months since I have been a member of the AF a wonderful source of common sense that is so oftem missing in the appraisl business.
I have just officially retired and am now free to go splashing in creeks and other mudholes to see if the old prospectors left any behind. I find a few really good fishing holes now and then and if you're interested, give me a call, I'll share them
