Anyone know which sites give you at least some bang for your buck?

I am hooked up with Appraiser.com and Appraiserusa.com which have given me assignments over the past few years and I am happy with them. Anybody else worth paying for that you guys have actually received assignments from?

Thanks

Listed below, in order of effectiveness (including gross revenue generated) , is a listing of the most effective second party appraiser web sites I have utilized over the past 15 years:

Wow - how amazing. Your list of highly effective pay-to-list-my-name sites is exactly the same as mine!

Dean, I've listed myself on most all the free sites years ago, you can pay to advance your name on a few. Most all I get are brokers looking for comp checks. Never seen a dedicated L/O just ordering an appraisal. However, some have testimonials of appraisers who regularly receive steady orders????

I've tried them in the past. My policy is this: I have to get at least 10 appraisal orders from each paid site that I subscribe to in a given year. I have never had any luck with that number. Therefore, I do not subscribe to them any longer.

I get 6-10 orers a year through appraiserusa.com, (paid 2-5 position), but have had no luck with any other directory sites. The free directories are usually good for a barrage of comp check requests.

Translated that means ZERO, none, zilch, nada.

Over the years I've been on most of the free and paid directories with little success. Appraiser.com was a scam imho, I still can't get my name off of their list. AppraiserUSA was probably the best when there was a top five spot available however being buried near the bottom doesn't yield anything.

I have actually done better with my very modest do it yourself website, maybe one or two orders a year.

Have ever given me a return on investment or a return of investment.
