I did... mine doesn't either. That said - your medical CAN be pulled - which happened to me b/c of Grave's disease.

Yes you do have to have a Medical. I know you know this, but that is an excellent reason for not being allowed but it doesn't wipe out your license you just are not permitted to fly UNTIL your cleared Medically. That can happen specially since we have made tremendous advancements in medicine. So then Woopee your back in the saddle.

If they write a mtg and can securitize it with FNMA, well they are golden if we take a dive.

My Question for 2023 is why would any appraiser care about PAREA ? Most are middle aged or older, near the end and PAREA will have no effect on their lifes or business .Seems just more complaining like the never ending AMC debates LMAO

PAREA is nothing but a Band Fix and to retain Relevance & Power! My Opinion is it will go nowhere to bring Minorities into the Profession. They just don't understand that access to resources is one of the major issues. facing Minorities. Community College or University no problem for a minority.

Why it does not matter to 95% of appraisers most do not belong to AI or ASA or any appraisal organization anyways. Its just another emotional tantrum by ones who it does not effect. This trade will be mostly gone anyways in ten years.
