Hmmm....Brighton area is not a bad central location either, though slightly more accomodating to those in SE michigan.

FYI...I wouldn't mind a place that served beer instead of donut holes :)
O'Callaghans in Green Oak (Brighton) is right at US-23/I-96....reasonable distance for Monroe and Wayne Countyans....nice and big, moderately priced, good atmosphere, good food.

Problem is we got people coming from Grand Rapids and possibly Traverse City. SO Lansing is the agreed place and location...how about a BBQ joint in Lansing the 27th or the 29th?

What time of day? I might be able to make it if it is later in the day.

If we could do it in the evening around 5-7pm, then everyone should be able to get there from there. The only reason I ever go to Lansing is for Jersey Giants. (the best subs in the world) any chance of a meatball sub?

We could probably rent a room for pretty cheap at Kellogg Center in East LA. I think they give deals to MSU alumni. I would be willing to throw in a some $$$$$ Since it looks like I might be the rookie here (or closest to)

I'm an MSU alum and also current with my alumni membership. I can check into this if everyone agrees. I also think the Holloways rooms are a good idea.

However, real quick... I'm not really interested in a meet/greet, drink beer/eat food type of gathering. If thats what this is turning into, please count me out. Sorry, not trying to be a party pooper, but If I'm going to take this time away from the family, I should probably make sure it is productive. I'm more interested in a peer review type of meeting with appraisal topics being discussed and would also encourage an agenda be drafted to keep this many people on topic. If people want to stick around afterwards and eat/drink, this would seem more appropriate.

Brian, it sounds like you are spearheading this, but if you would like more assistance I would be more than willing to step up.

BTW... May 29th would work out great for me. Maybe we should start creating some polls for what time of day and which topics will be discussed???

I second Jason's idea, this was supposed to be a peer thing.

May 29th, is ok with me. ALthough I would like the time from 3-6...try to get home to put the kids to bed.

Jason I will take all the assitance I can get.

Ok if we meet on the 29th, what time would work best? Also all who are going to be involved with the review component, please PM me with your email address so we can swap a PDF a week or so ahead of time. Please redact all client information and other confidential stuff.

Only single family residential, lets keep it basic no FHA, VA, REO, or jumbo just basic refi. Only Michigan properties...got that hawkeye.

Dangit

I just spent a week cranking out a nice residential narrative...
