Do you run your own router or is it built in your leased modem?

Modem they should be able to remote unless they determined hardware issues.

I've got my own router with a WAP hooked up. The modem is from Fidium, aka Consolidated Communications.

It's not the size that's important, it's the fidelity. There's some really large but crappy monitors on the market.
