Freedom of Speech - you know that pesky little Bill of Rights thingy that states demanded the founders to adopt along with the constitution - The first Amendment does not require anything to be true... And, do you not realize a lot of "fact checking" was just suppressing truth?

Actual factchecks of fact checkers showed a lot of such fact checkers even disagreed with each other. Nearly one-third of them disagreed between themselves to some degree.

It's no surprise "fact checkers" have an agenda. I do like that digger purports to be the AF fact checker, but what he wants to be considered, and what he is, are two different ideas.

The sample is a fairly tight range.

I thought he said something to that effect a few years ago. As for wealthy... when I was working in Tulsa for an oil company, the owners were considered the wealthy Jews of Tulsa but one of the employees there mentioned there were the rich Jews who went to one synagogue and there were the "shop owners and shoe salesmen" Jews who went to another. Not much different from other groups. I worked in Utah, and you have Mormons who will pay more to shop at a Mormon store than a non-Mormon one. And a Mormon who needs a boost to buy a business or start one will get help from fellow church goers. But if they fail, well, they are pretty much on their own to start another business.

The bold I highlighted is EXACTLY what's wrong with this country, each side somehow thinks that whatever political party they root for is somehow on their side and the otherside is wrong all the time, people on both sides of the aisle think that some political party, politician or billionaire (Musk) somehow are on their side or looking out for their best interest, when nothing could be more opposite.

It just blows my mind, people jumpimg onto and latching onto any political party or person and thinking they actually care about them, it's about as sad as a guy going to the strip club and thinking that the stripper actually likes him and they have something going! NO ONE in D.C. gives 2 craps about any of us, we're just slaves to them, just cogs in their machines to keep it going, all the peolple in D.C. just LOVE the fact that they have the country so divided and worried about things like changing the name to The Gulf of America, whiles they're just running around dong WAY worse things.

I glean your reading comprehension skills may need a bit of sharpening. If you'll read the sentence I posted, you'll note that the subject of the sentence 'Dims' is followed by the verb 'had', which is followed by the object 'ministry of disinformation'. The natural rendering of the statement is that those folks who had the ministry of disinformation are 'Dims'. This certainly does not apply to ALL Democrats (else I would have stated 'Democrats'), but rather to the folks who believe that the only truths folks should be exposed to are the 'truths' they approve. Which makes them - in my opinion - Dims.

For the record, I'm neither Democrat or Republican. But keep up the trash talking - it's entertaining to say the least.

It was Hays County, not Travis County.
