"Quantifiable Market-Derived Methods" for adjustments required by FNMA/USPAP

It still has not sunk in that illegal alients do not qualify for free health care?
They do, when they go to the emergency room, it's free there for everybody. You have hospitals here with financial issues of free emergency hospital health care overwhelming them.
Don't need a doctor, just go to emergency. That also goes for the zombie drug users who get taken to emergency.

So you have no proof 20 million illegals are getting free health care
Go into any big city emergency room, or ask them. They are not allowed to say no to anyone.

Ok so illegals get free emergency treatment. That is not health care, it s patch up the problem and send them out. The illegals are being deported now so its over.

As far as Americans, our health care is so expensive and we have a large population of homeless and destitute they only get treated on an emergency basis. What does that say about our nation?
Personally, wrt drugs, I would legalize them over age 18, and if someone wants to OD let them die of it. It is crazy to keep reviving people who will go shoot up the moment they are released.

Narcan makes it cheaper, though, wrt reversing effects of opioids and is free over the counter now in some states and police and first responders can use it on scene.

So you have no proof 20 million illegals are getting free health care, which at least you admit, but stated it as if it were fact, on the assumption that they will, because of p 57of a proposed bill- (allegedly) - this is the problem, when asked for proof and evidence, it is rarely there. The MAGA posts filled with lies, allegations and denial of fact or evidence on bulletin boards and chat rooms echo the same kind of lies, allegations and denial our POTUS makes, which is the scary part. There is usually some sliver of fact among the mess so they can point to it - such as here , P 57 of a bill ( assuming it is correct ) rolls back a provision of the BBB, - and so the smoke trail goes.
J - You have been provided with line and verse along with a map showing which States have been providing free healthcare to illegals, yet you either refuse to read it, or unable to read and understand it. The 1BBB eliminated Federally paid healthcare for illegals, but the Dems are now insisting on removing that portion of the 1BBB to support the continuing resolution. The Dems also want to restore funding to a number of pet projects. The Right is saying let’s pass a clean continuing resolution for a short period of time, and then during that time we can sit down and discuss these issues and others in the final budget.

Ultimately, even if both sides support this CR 100% all of these issues and others would need to be discussed and gain enough support in order to pass the final budget. So this is a very small hill the Dems have decided to either die on or get buried under.

As our second black President said “elections have consequences”.

J - coming from you, a bleeding heart liberal, I find this statement very cold and uncaring. Brian Kilmeade a host on Fox has been called out for same something similar about the homeless. Enough so, he has issued an apology. Personally I believe Kilmeade is an IDIOT and I have no idea haw he got his job or how he keeps it.

I personally, as a libertarian, think the same thought. You can do whatever you want, as long as it doesn't affect me, or another person. Unfortunately, most of the time it does. But i see you leaning into a non leftie thought. Hmm, there is hope.

English your second language? They WERER getting benefits and the Dems want to restore those benefits that YOU pay for. Read, forget CNN and Kimmel as a news source.

If any of you actually talked with actual real-life "liberals", you might find that we are not all bleeding heart softies. We liberals can hald some so-called conservative views, as I imagine some conservatives can hold some liberal views. One of the sad things about the current political landscape is it makes each side view the other as a solid monolith and stereotype.

I believe that what he said about the homeless was euthanize them, which is different than my statement about drug addicts, if they are over 18 and choose to OD, perhaps don't save them? Maybe it is heartless. Okay, I'll take that. But I believe several things, including legalizing drugs for people over 18, because it would tax it and cut ut the criminal element out and if it is no longer criminal, then treatment is more available, and it need not have the stigma it has now. I am no expert and any solution has a downside. But the criminalization of drugs allows the dealers to flourish and with that comes the very high prices for certain drugs, which turn addicts into criminals, ruining their lives, their families and the lives of their victims. a $300 day heroin vs $30 a day for the legalized version, which one needs criminal acts to support it?

I think as things stand now, we urgently need more treatment centers and available, affordable drug treatment, methadone clinics are that answer and and affordable mental health treatment when people are young and vulnerable. If all that is available and people choose to abuse drugs to the point where they OD, perhaps then let them. We now allow someone to drink themselves to death, correct?

You putting they WERE in caps is not the same as proof. No proof, no crediblity. Democrats want to sustain ACA for Americans, the RW has turned that into wanting free health care for illegals.

AI-Democrats are using that leverage to push for continuing and expanding healthcare subsidies for people who buy insurance through the Affordable Care Act. So far, they have refused to back a government spending bill that does not address the issue.
Their proposal would make permanent enhanced tax breaks that are otherwise due to expire at the end of the year, and make them available to more middle-income households.
If Congress does not act, health insurance costs will increase dramatically for many of the 24 million Americans who get their coverage through the ACA, according to the nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation. The impact would be most acute in Republican-controlled states that have not expanded the Medicaid health plan for the poor

You putting they WERE in caps
Gone blind? it was Biden's law and the 1bbb changed it and eliminated such benefits to illegals. The very center of the budget impasse is Schumer's demand that such benefits be restored.

U.S. law already prohibits unauthorized immigrants from gaining any federally subsidized health care coverage — through Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, the Children’s Health Insurance Program or otherwise. A 1996 statute established that.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., said Republicans are “lying” about the Democratic bill out of weakness.

“Nowhere have Democrats suggested that we're interested in changing federal law,” he said one day before the shutdown. “The question for the president is whether he's interested in protecting the health care of the American people.”

We’d like to hear from you about how you’re experiencing the government shutdown, whether you’re a federal employee who can’t work right now or someone who is feeling the effects of shuttered services in your everyday life. Please contact us at tips@nbcuni.com or reach out to us here.

The facts

The Republican claim is highly misleading.

The Democratic bill would not change existing law barring people who are in the U.S. illegally from getting federal health care coverage.
