California used those funds to the tune of $8.9 billion last year to fund illegal immigrants medical care. That's what I call misleading.

Provide proof please. What are "those funds?"

Lately all my reports get approved. No revisions unlike in the past.
With certain lenders, you know what they are looking for.
Yes, it takes more work but I'm a step ahead of them.
I would normally do the appraisal the Fernando way.
Then I look at my comps and see what the lender would ask with those darn bracketing. Ugh.
Recent report, I didn't get the "comps" they wanted to see.
So I had to get those that fit their criteria and put those sales as additional comps to make lender happy.

So, you let the lender tell you what comps they wanted? Go Figure....

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., said Republicans are “lying” about the Democratic bill out of weakness.

“Nowhere have Democrats suggested that we're interested in changing federal law,” he said one day before the shutdown. “The question for the president is whether he's interested in protecting the health care of the American people.”

The Republican claim is highly misleading.

The Democratic bill would not change existing law barring people who are in the U.S. illegally from getting federal health care coverage.

law may not change....so, the law just gets broken.

They're not my best comps but additional comps or more like sales I have to put in report to satisfy lender.

At least we know the official nomenclature for PFA adjustments now, they have been upgraded to "Posterior Adjustments".
