Looking for some education on leasehold appraisals. Anyone out there who can help.

I've taken this class. It should give you a good start.

Josh Wallit had a webinar on residential leaseholds yesterday, and the Appraisal Institute had one.

Did you get a request to review a leasehold appraisal....located in Davidson?

If you did....what shet show.

Nope. Don't know anything about that.

We have old large city piers on the river that weren't being used. They became popular with condos being built, or converted to. City gave a 99 lease on those piers. That didn't affect anything price wise. I'm also assuming a easy renewal. And the loans were not coming close to the lease renewal anyway. That be my only experience on the lease part, none on the leasing part of it.

No I am just looking for a course/class to understand the process.

Most prolly the Institute might have one on line, or travel to. I 'm sure they have a book on it.

I don't know if mc kissock has one, but they now have more gc clssses.
