I usually have the sketch to the nearest foot from public records or builder plans before I inspect, so all that I really need to do is add or subtract that 0.1 here and there.

Is it easy to modify an existing sketch in TOTAL Mobile like I described?

Well, I really haven't done much of that. But yes you can do it. I measure to the inch. If I find I have to change the measurement it is easier just to delete that wall and put in the correct measurement.
