Speeding up the process of weight loss

Try the involuntary method of loosing weight .

... .... a lot of us may be able to loose some weight along with the weight of our dollar ...

.... as the dollar dies ....... we can loose weight by not having any money to buy food ....

... we can also loose weight .... by running away from mass hungry hords of cannibals ....

.... of the two .... I would prefer not having enough money to eat ..... running away from

...cannibals always leaves your foot in someone elses mouth ...... I find weight loss through

..... cannibalism to be distasteful .... and unsportsman like ....

No, but it certainly helps in promoting effective communication--God knows you want to be as clear as possible as your regale us with your bodily workings!!

... when ones bodily workings falls asleep .... ones mind seeks relief from said bad bodily workings ....

This is a medical condition known as "flat lining", it occurs when brain waves cease or even the heart ceases. It's basically, a pause in bodily workings.......

I lost 10 pounds the other day on accident, and I was quite disappointed. No Joke. Stopped by the newer rec center and worked some rather lazy cross training on the isometrics w weights, then hit the treadmill for a bit with some sprint bursts after a few days of warming up the body. Then followed each day with steam sauna then dry sauna because it was just so relaxing. I was just looking to put on some more muscle, but instead the fat from my prized beer belly just fell away, I guess that's how it's supposed to work. Disappointing though, I work very hard at my beer belly and cracking over 200 was a friggin milestone I was proud of. Now there is no beer belly, and I'm just not motivated to cash 6 packs like I was previously. I had even accidentally quit smoking for a few days, because I just plain forgot to smoke. But once some jerk on tv lit one up, I found myself smoking again out of nowhere. But it's reassuring to know that the sauna is the ultimate detoxifying catalyst, and if you need to clean up, that's the best start. Alternating steam then dry sauna with a combination of creatine which oxygenates the muscles, combined with just basic working out to spark the continued calorie burn of muscles is the no brainer method. "If it's not hurtin, it's not workin"

Although I'm getting a bit over the hump, people still think I'm 18. Get carded constantly for cigs and beer, even with the beard going on now and then. The secret to health is moderation, but beyond that as long as you're active and eat healthy, the human body can process an amazing amount of toxins without much ado. The trick to fat is that it's only water soluable and lipids release when muscles demand calories to burn.

Continued cellular reproduction and integrity of the dna strains. That's vitamin D, capsasum (the heat, in hot foods), and free radical destroyers. But smoke em if you got em!!! You only live once. But you'll enjoy life more if you eat habenjeros straight up, and put tobasco on everything. Stay away from milk, unless it's fully organic, and for heavens sake, stay away from diet sugar substitutes. Google the various toxic effects of sugar substitutes. Sugar substitutes like sucralose, splenda, and similar actually trick your body into storing fat, and they stick around to continue to trick your body because they are not simple sugars that process easily. Diet drinks do just the opposite of what they claim to do. Sugar is the new preservative, and if you have not watched "food inc", or read "the omnivores dilemma" you should. That single expose was the reason grocery stores nationwide recently reorganized their entire floorplans.

An interesting fact: no bone or organ, or anything else in your body except for waste product stored in your bowels is older than 7 something years old. Right down to every single cell, our body continually replaces itself to correct age, injury and change of living habits. We die and get ill, because the dna strain breaks, and cells no longer reproduce properly. Humans actually have more nerve endings and complex neurotic activity in the bowels, than in the spine. Health starts and ends with your digestive system. Down 2 whole lemons and wait for results...... : - ) Folic acid helps, but you can get enough of that with a muscle gainer now and then.

Several years ago me and the wife were just plain worn out all the time. We had tried everything but never really got moving and it never got easier, if you can relate. We swung by vitamin cottage and asked for some energetic pick me ups or something similar. The guy shoved me liquid green tea extract. I brushed it off, stating I've been drinking green tea daily, and it's not working. He stated: "Do you dring 6 gallons a day? Because that's what one squirt of this will do for you." And that stuff worked! It's been a regular part of our diet ever since.

You can keep that px 90, or you can buy a used program on amazon com for about a single dollar. I'll stick to kung **, and healthy eating. That way I don't have to stop drinking quite as soon. I'm irish/scottish - sue me.
