:rof: :rof:

hold on third floor finished attics

so i will need to add them to the GLA

sketch the slanted areas

make an additional line sq ft for the slanted third floor areas below 7 feet

pretty much guess the comps third floor sq ft

guess again on the slanted areas of the comps third floor

and easy peasy ansi compliant. what a joke

this imaginary 7 foot cut off is comical. some how the room stops there. even though it doesn't. the problem is that i am not woke enough for the socializations :rof: .

Corrupt USPAP instructors? Not sure what you think is being done that is corrupt. If you have evidence and names... send it to AQB.

Yes. They agree to confidentiality... meaning they can freely share copyrighted material. And yes, they 'sing' the partly line by agreeing to teach the update class material as it is written. How is that corrupt?

yes corrupt. my eyes do not deceive me. i have been banned from certain so called 'teachers', well because their bs stinks. sad but true

I have a question, if a cape COD for example does not meet the 7 ft rule and you add the additional finished space (GLA) to a separate line, do you still add this space to the above grade room counts? Lets say it is a bedroom and a full bathroom for example. Is it a 1 full bath 2 bedroom or a 2 full bath 3 bedroom?
