Actually, about 10-15 years ago FHA try eliminating the word family. They were not successful then. They could be now, if they attempted it again. The belief was family did not properly describe the new cultural makeup that the word family represented.By 2035, we might have to call a single family residential to a solo occupant domicile or a potentially communal living space, just to ensure no one's feelings get hurt. And for those feeling indecisive, maybe bi-family residential? lol
That's prolly why no one wants to move to TX.Problem is occupant has to buy lots of furniture to fill up that space.
When Texans move to CA, they have to downsize and get rid of lots of furniture and belongings. That could explain why less TX migration to CA. Must be.That's prolly why no one wants to move to TX.

Yes, I would have to give up my pool, my outdoor living area, my extra cars, the top half of my house and my sanity to move there. When Texans move to CA, they have to downsize and get rid of lots of furniture and belongings. That could explain why less TX migration to CA. Must be.
