That sounds weird. How can the rest of the place be above 7 feet but not the bathroom> is it a dropped ceiling? are there thick tiles on the ceiling making it lower ?The bathroom ceiling is 6 feet 9 inches from floor to ceiling—nothing above 7 feet. The subject has only this bathroom. Lender requires ANSI. Now what?
Not very good craftmanship on the dwelling. I find it insane that the GSE's did not think that it would be impossible for appraisers the verify ceiling heights of comps. No similar comp available of course. That sounds weird. idk the answer- leave it out of the SF to meet ansi ,, but it is still a functional bathroom so list it as a bathroom.
Well - probably doesn't impact value anyway. Only a person over 6'6" or so would notice.I find it insane that the GSE's did not think that it would be impossible for appraisers the verify ceiling heights of comps.
