With Chase & Flagstar starting & others will follow this thread is too important to loose sight of it's original intent. Thank YOU MIKE K for your efforts to keep this updated.

Trainees & Newly Licensed & especially those that let others do the work & you just signed em & took the check, I suggest you pay very close attention to this thread.

States are broke; some will be taken suggestions on how to raise income very seriously.

Gary DeClark is an MAI who is, or was, a managing director of Integra Realty Resources in Chicago. I wonder what happened in New York that caused his NY State general certification to be revoked? Will there be reciprocal consequences in Illinois?

Thanks for the info, Ken. I didn't know this information was so readily accessible. They do seem to have quite a backlog on getting these posted. Bobby Buckles was one of the most recent postings (page 17) and several of the more recent names do not show up, certainly nothing as recent as DeClark.

It never ceases to amaze me that so many appraisers get revoked (in NY, anyway) for so little. It's my understanding that if one admits a shortfall in continuing ed credits, one gets a slap on the wrist and a chance to catch up on it. To ask an obvious question, isn't that preferable to a revocation?

I think they automatically revoke if you fail to respond to an audit request, etc. Didn't they pull a license on someone serving in Iraq (that didn't respond) a year or two ago?
