I have found that the ASC does not always show all disciplinary actions against an appraiser.

I am a fraud investigator now and at the start of an investigation I pull the appraiser's information from the ASC website. Many times it states no disciplinary action against an appraiser, but I find there is by googling the appraiser's name and pulling up public records from their state board. MARI and the FBI also have incident reports that do not show up on the ASC info.
