Both of these cases are classic studies in what not to do. Vanschoiack is on pdf so its pretty easy to see:

He apparently knew it was coming and didn't renew in 2012.

I had met Sizemore at some point in time... probably at a class. But, don't really remember him well. His is in tif format, so you have to click on the link that says "complaint filed" and then tell it to open in your photo viewing software.

This is another one of those old deals from the pre-crash days. One of them in 2006 and the other in 2005. Looks like it was just generally sloppy.

Bone was under probation from 2011 - at that time, one of the things he did was to mis-state the price at which a comparable sale sold.

During the probation period, he did an appraisal where, among other things, he used a 7 year old comp to value a 101 year old house.
