Rhonda failed to do what they asked after at least two previous listings on the discipline board. The rest of them are voluntary.

I don't know any of these people, but my best guess is that some are retirees and some failed to pay taxes.

Missouri harassed me over taxes a few years ago although I hadn't been licensed there in a decade. I pay state taxes in OK and CO. $0.00 in the former, owe CO $0.00 usually....it's already collected from the oil company.
