Interesting about the AZ appraisers on the list, majority of them are licensed in 2-3 additional states, not contingent states. Either moved around a lot or are they AMC appraisers? Other interesting thing is I maintain an email list of 1,200 AZ appraisers that I keep informed of education, meetings, news (like UAD), etc. Only about 3 people from my list are on that list. Does that mean my email list is helping to keep AZ appraisers out of trouble? Some interesting information.
