Craig M. Tengowski, certificate no. RL139198, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, was suspended for at least 3 months and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2,000 because he failed to make an appraisal work-file available when required by subpoena issued by state enforcement authorities, failed to communicate an appraisal to the Commonwealth in a timely manner, and negligently and incompetently communicated an appraisal to the Commonwealth. (03/15/11)

Matthew John Moore, license no. RL003333R, of Newton, Bucks County, had his certificate to appraise real estate suspended for a period of two years, and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $10,000 for his failure to perform appraisals in a competent manner. (03/15/11)

Melissa H. Kennedy, License No. RL003573L, of Shermans Dale, Perry County, was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2,000 for her failure to perform appraisals in a competent manner. (03/15/11)

Keith A. Bolash, certificate no. RL139001, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, was suspended for six months, with permission to request reinstatement to probation after three months’ active suspension, and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $3,000 for negligent performance of an appraisal and violation of USPAP standards. (04/15/11)
