It would be nice if the names of the AMCs who hired these appraisers were also listed on the state's websites.

Because we know that all suspended and revoked appraiser's licenses are due to AMC ordered appraisals right?

AMC's that have their state licenses suspended or revoked are currently usually posted on the applicable state's websites as well they should be.

Because we know that all suspended and revoked appraiser's licenses are due to AMC ordered appraisals right? .....

The TALCE newletter this month had a total of eleven appraisers sanctioned, suspended, etc. Of the eleven the ones who filed the complaints include: RELS, LSI, HUD, Board of Insurance, Appraiser, ACT, RELS and Supreme Lending. I think that out of this eleven that the AMCs are well represented. Not much good comes from working with an AMC!
