through the SOW, TAF has passed on the responsibilities of writing standards to the gse's, in turn the gse's have passed it on to ansi...show me where in the constitution this is allowed, because based on their theory of law writing congress could pass their duties on to hitler, XI, putin, madoff, or epstien...
