Hi everyone, I just published a post called "The Top 10 Resources for Real Estate Appraisers." and guess which online forum is on the list?!!

Here's the article if you are interested: https://realestatecareerhq.com/real-estate-appraisers-resources/

Thank you to all the appraiser friends and forum admins for making this such a helpful community. I remember when I started blogging and know nothing about the appraisal industry, many of you provided me with excellent good feedback.

I wish everyone a prosperous career and a fantastic year ahead in 2021!

with all due respect... I thought your "resource" list wasn't very useful; it's a list of social media blogs and publishings - similar to yours - instead of a true resource with actual "tools" for appraisers; examples of tools might be: floodmap link to FEMA, software that helps one manage their appraisal business, zoning resources, regression analysis resources, etc...

Seems like most of the resources cited would be valuable resources for appraisers? Maybe with the exception of appraisersblogs - which I've found to be little more than a bunch of grumpy old appraisers whose primary purpose in life is to decry AMC's...

Thanks for the feedback, NJAPRZE. That's a great idea. Perhaps, that can be a topic for another post in the future. Can you please name some "tools" that you like? so that I can look into it?

Thanks alebrewer. Actually, I didn't know about the demographic until you point it out. :)
