I would like to publicly thank Chris Colston for her help in moderating this forum for many years! Chris is no longer an appraiser and has stepped down from her moderating job.

Chris worked tirelessly to help make the forum what it is today. Chris's goal was to make the forum a better place than what it was when she began and she certainly achieved that. A moderator's job is a difficult one but Chris handled it beautifully!

So everyone join with me in thanking Chris and wishing her the best on her new career!

I still use the TinyPic website to post photos on this board that you referred me to. This board has a wealth of nuts & bolts information. It's just the damn NY mods that screw things up.
