Well wishes to you Chris. Ya' know reviewing is on par with baby sitting toddlers in the terrible twos? :)
Gots a couple in our romper room... errr, I mean office. :rof:

Or worse, a bunch of kindergartners who know their colors and numbers but can't write a cohesive sentence. :nono: The stuff I see every day amazes me.

Aw Chris, come on.....did you leave appraising because of the OPEN FLORIDA FORUM!!!!!

Seriously, good luck, have fun, smell the roses; but I think you'll be back. It's boring in the real world :Emoticon_hug:

Janet, my friend...I have not left appraising only the field work. I left the broker "stuff" and the business owner headaches. I like where I work, I have a steady check, benefits and PAID vacations. I get to talk to appraisers from all over the country (some from this very forum), as well as the direct lenders. I'm respected for my experience and what I know as an appraiser and I don't have to be concerned about it when I leave at night.

Find me on Facebook

So for everyone who "thinks" they are gonna me, you can always find me on Facebook. :clapping:

Hey, Crissy....saw your daughter on the TV the other night. Talking about the impact of a new proposed tax in Ft. Smith that would affect her restaurant...

Good luck. Boy its been a bruising ride for us all these last few years. I wish you the best.

You need to go down there sometime and check out the music. She has live music almost every night.

I'd let y'all know the name of the place, but I might get accused of advertising on the forum and wouldn't want an infraction from Mike. :rof:

Hey Chris, Best wishes for happiness where ever life takes you.

Chris,

You've done a great job for us. Glad to hear that you are not leaving appraising altogether. Great to know that you will be reviewing.

Chris, if there had been more appraisers like you -- and there are some -- but not enough -- we'd all be in better shape.

Tom

Chris, will you be able to file complaints with state boards in your current position? Thanks for your time keeping the board civil.
