It is always sad to lose an appraiser, especially one that has contributed to the profession.

Good luck with your future endeavors.

Chris, I am sorry to hear you are no longer appraising/reviewing (pfft TC) and hope that your new line of work, or maybe even retirement, brings you much happiness. Take care of yourself, and touch base with us all every once in awhile. You have my email; drop me a line sometime.

Best, R

Wow...sounds like a funeral or a retirement party. :clapping: Neither of which is true. I am still an active Florida certified appraiser. I am no longer in the field. Yes. I get paid to review so all y'all watch out cause I know your names :rof:

As far as a former NYer..you betcha, LONGUYLAND! Left when I was 20 and have never been back.

Thanks for all the well wishes and I'm still going to classes and seminars so if you are anywhere near the Mousehouse or the Space Center drop me a line and we can get together.

Well wishes to you Chris. Ya' know reviewing is on par with baby sitting toddlers in the terrible twos? :)
