You took my "UAD 3.6 Abomination" - which is on-point, but - kind of clunky - and *POOF* turned it into "Uniform Abomination Dataset" which is both clever and flows off the tongue.

Before you there was Elon.

For years I've been using the term "Brain Virus" to describe certain political and religious totalitarian ideologies - again, on-point, but clunky and erroneously implying a physical virus.

Then Elon comes along and *POOF* comes up with "Mind Virus", which is more accurate and easier to grasp. (Of course, he wasn't really riffing off me, he came up with it on his own, but ... you get the idea ...)

As usual, many appraisers are whining and complaining because they are being asked to do something different than what they've been doing. We still see appraisers that haven't taken the time to learn and understand using ANSI Z765-2021.

If you don't want to do 3.6 type reports, you don't have to.... you just won't be doing appraisals to be used in Fannie/Freddie loans.
