Time to leave Alamode!

I wish I had tried the SFREP option back when I was practicing, looks pretty slick.
Are the linked together or do you manually transfer files between the two?

SFREP does not transfer any data between computers or have cloud storage. However, they don't mine your work and sell it to everyone else (including yourself). Nor does work disappear or get corrupted. I use Sugar Sync and it does transfer my work to all of my devices as well as back-up. I like having control of my stuff.

Sounds like a solid package.

I don't see it as them charging that much, $399 for a basic plan versus $588 for SFREP and the software just works or it wouldn't be used by so many. I'm not a fanboy by any means, they do stuff that I simply do not understand or agree with but I have used the software since 2000. I haven't tried many other vendors, a few years with ACI but back in 2000, I couldn't wait to use Alamode as it was so far more advanced.
I think most people use the software they initially used when learning the business unless they have a nightmare experience that isn’t satisfactorily remedied by the software company.

Nightmare experiences and software conflate nicely.

To clarify what i was asking Charles. Does he work on on report on two different computers? If so does he manually upload it to Titan Dr. from say he's desk top and then download it from Titan Dr. to his laptop?. Also will The Vault automatically back up both computers?

I'm sorry if I misled you but I retired in '14 so know squat about current stuff. I used alamode my entire career from the earliest versions of Windows and I think I recall SFREP. When did it originally come out?

The vault will only cloud sync one computer per account. The easiest way I've found to keep multiple alamode installations synchronized is by using "Goodsync"

Don't beat yourself up..."back when I was practicing" seemed fairly clear!
