How about you just take the opportunity to show me where I am wrong. Until then just understand that your interpretation of the SOW is contrary to what is actually written.
If you truly think that an original comp photo enhances or makes your report better, then you are a **** poor appraiser.
BTW, what do you think about violating distracted driving laws? Is it OK to break them? or would you rather keep riding that burro to your comps?
if you can't understand the basic SOW on the form you are completing you should not be doing work that requires the form. as posted you must, at a minimum, inspect each comp from the street. how exactly are you going to accomplish this from sitting at your desk and looking at realtor-provided photos showcasing the house and conveniently leaving out any less than desirable traits?
who is violating "distracted driving" laws? i use my GPS to take me to the house, stop the car, take the photo and notes, start driving again. it's pretty simple.
