Anyone on the FHA roster can do the re-inspection..WHO do you think would do it if-the original appraiser is in a coma-hit by a car on 9 weeks of vacation.

The appraiser may be confusing the a 1004D Final Inspection with a 1004D Update. He can certainly do a final inspection, but completing the Update portion of the 1004D for a new lender is problematic as it requires disclosing the original appraised value, which is confidential information.
