It doesn't mean ignoring the legitimate requirements of these users. It means not lying about the property or the value in furtherance of any interests a client might have. It means saying no to them if/when appropriate. As in, NOT engaging in client advocacy.Independent means not influenced or controlled by others...
Speaking of which, why don't you pick a principle and try to stick to it? You know, at least attempt to be consistent in your reasoning.
t makes no sense for you to whine about being prohibited from engaging in client advocacy in one post and then 5 minutes later whine about being prohibited from ignoring the legitimate requirements of their appraisal policies. Those are two opposing complaints.
Do you want to work in good faith to support the legitimate interests of each of these parties in the transaction or not?
