USPAP class for the thirteenth time

now they are into the public trust b.s....well look around do the unethical stakeholders trust the independent appraiser :ROFLMAO:

they shotgun a marriage between the unethical stakeholders and the independent appraisers...and then the unethical stakeholders whine that the ethics rule is not clear enough...how clueless can 15th st be :unsure: :ROFLMAO:
 
ao 40 banning code words...sadly i dont think anyone on 15th st has read the u.s. constitution...congress shall pass No Law prohibiting or abridging the free exercise of...no surprise here i shouldnt expect anything less from a bunch of comrades :ROFLMAO:

By all means, appraisers should lean on their local MLS providers to report more details on these listings. If you're a paying customer then its completely reasonable to ask for improvements.
