....is it turn yourself "in" or "over"........rs
depends
on what side of the arguement you are on, lol....is it turn yourself "in" or "over"........rs
on what side of the arguement you are on, lolOur clients do not understand that they are messing with the process or they wouldn't ask for it, bet you no lenders show up tomorrow.
The lenders have proven over and over again how smart and ethical they are that we should always do whatever they want?FNC and AI did not develop AIReady in a vacuum. It was developed in response for requests for a file format that would make processing of electronic reports easier for lenders.
Some of the biggest lenders in the country asked for it. Their appraisers were involved in developing it. To claim that the people who asked for it and use it everyday don't understand that they are affecting the process just does not make sense to me.
Still waiting on the explanantion of why removing a TOC renders a report msileading. Maybe someone is keeping it up their sleeve for tomorrow. I am holding my breathe in anticipation - not.
Lenders can request additional info for the report, but they can not limit it it.

...then removing it and in turn the pages opens me up.
I'll bet you $5 there's a simple way of including a TOC in an appraisal report transmitted through AppraisalPort.A TOC states plain and simply what is within the total confines of the report.
