Something's wrong Pammie - I haven't received a bad order in a week! Oh wait, I did get request for precomp, must have zzz value. Ugh.

Bumping this to the front again due to questions about what I'm doing with these addresses.

Keep em coming! It's working so very well!!!!!

"From my cynical vantage point here in reality USA, I see 10 million +/- illegal aliens that no one can seem to locate,"

Mike: Yep I often wonder why that is when we can find a 3 year old COW!! track it from birth to it's EXACT stall 3 years later (Came across the Canadian Border) & we can find ALL it's offspring YET we can't find a SINGLE illegal.
Within a couple years, they will be able to do all that within 48 hours. Animal identification with traceability is the new "buzzword" in the agricultural arena. We are going to have to register our locations and have, probably, radio scanned ID tags on all animals that come and go. Going to be interesting to see it come to pass. However, it should help slow down cattle rustling as the animals would have to have the original tag from the owner, or a tag replacement that would ID the rustler.

This is working VERY well. Someone here told me all about a skippy sweat shop that I sent to my list. At least one of biggest national lenders found that company has been doing a lot of appraisals for them and reviewed a few, then a few more, and put that whole company on their "Do Not Use" list!!!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HAS SENT ME THE ADDRESSES AND INFORMATION !!!

Keep 'em coming.

Not to disbelieve you, but.... if a "large national lender" reacted to your "anonymous" tip in this way, I think any borrower who is upside down with them would have a very good case.

Is this what "the large national lender" calls QC?!

No problems before? Now they notice problems due to a "tip". Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Pam's operational success does make the lender's QC departments appear to be Pink Panther wannabees:rof:

Maybe they just can't find what they don't want to find, but have to find, if the situation gets critical public/political visibility?

That is probably the second most likely reason, while chasing a nickel still remains the first to cause things to happen.

I see this like voting. I don't know if my vote counts in elections, but it give me bitching rights if the other side wins. So, Pam is DOING SOMETHING. What has your contribution been? Do you do forensic reviews? Do you turn in reports that are done fraudulently or unethically that you have reviewed? What other things have you done to improve the profession, and specifically to aid enforcement or help prevent fraudulent loans? If none, then you don't have the bitching rights to complain about someone who IS taking action.

Is this a new forum rule??

To me the quoted post of Mike was obviously an attack directed toward the likely hypocrisy of the investor. It might be a righteous bust, or....... This is just as likely an explanation as any: The situation was made visible and they had to act in order to maintain plausible deniability.

With all the (unwanted) attention, they found it prudent to act. Darned. Now they have to find a replacement company with a suitable philosophy. No real change, just an inconvenience to the big boys.
