AI has the best quality education. It is also overpriced. (says the SRA candidate that is the exam away from being done). I like McKissock. Lots of people here do not. I have had good results with McKissock. I'm taking USPAP from Columbia Institute right now. I think their software is more clunky than McKissock. Of course the AI online software is like driving a Model T in a Bugatti Veyron world. The AI live synchronous is an absolute train wreck made of 2 trains full of dumpster fires colliding in a dynamite and sausage factory. Never again.

Applied Residential Valuation from AI is one of the best and I took that through VCU many years ago. You really need to take that in a classroom setting.

I use a number of providers for the electives and Law, mainly McKissock, but for USPAP Bert Rogers has the best course I've found.

i used to go all mckissock, but i took some classes from orep, advertised in working r.e. edition. i really liked them, they are done a little bit differently. after soo many years of mckissock the orep classes was stuff i didn't take over & over. i did like their USPAP class better. you should try at least one of theirs, they have have pretty good topics. i took the SRA classes very long ago, had to. they were no cheap, at that time there were all in person.

**All USPAP being national is the same. May as well get a discount.
Check your State, duhhhh. Although you may pay & sign up through the below.... it could link you to the Honduras National Education site who rarely gives discounts.
From what I see the below "deals" end on the 31st. With every class being ONLINE there will be lots of discounts until closer to the deadline.
For those that say the Institute is better, it's OnLine CE folks. McKissock is connected but rarely receive a discount code.
AND if you don't care about saving a few bucks...just google appraisal CE.
Had a heck of a time receiving a refund from ____ can't recall, reason the CE course was outdated. Not OK.

Used to teach for The Columbia Institute - and would highly recommend them then. Not sure about them since they got bought out by CL. Mostly the same instructors, and fairly cheap, so probably worth a try.
