I thought that everytime you use all caps, an angel gets his wings?
Depends on who you ask, but...

"Subject" is a proper name, therefore it gets capitalized.

...somewhere an old Grammar teacher died.

Do you take off your shoes...oops wrong thread.

Only when its the first word in a sentence or its
close to Sale No. 1 and No. 2, then its Subject.

I think it is more of a style that when you capitalize both the Subject and Comp # you are referencing a proper name, the address of the property. My old college English teacher says either way can be correct in modern report writing.

I don't know but I capitalized both Subject and Comp #.

WHEN YOU USE ALL CAPS IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR YELLING ON PAPER OR ON FORUMS LIKE THIS! :o

I capitalize Subject & Comps even in mid sentence, my mentor has FITS about this.

Gotta disagree with this... It is not a proper name, it is a description. I never capitalize "subject" in my reports.

How does a good typist type in all caps without having a small letter at the beginning of a sentence? Perhaps I answered my own question.

I've been told for every report that goes out in all caps a puppy dies.

I knew there was a reason for not doing that

If emphasis is desired, why not put the words in bold print? Outline, or some fancy font? Color would look snappy on screen.

Who gives a Dammmm? Either way is OK. I don't really like the word "Subject".

In my reports, 'subject' is an adjective as I refer to the property being appraised as 'the subject property' (If anyone really cares :P )
