Who else hates QUICKSOURCE?

Very time consuming. I don't need a fancy tool to compare county records and MLS. Now I have to open "quicksource" each time to view peers opinions. Bad for me, anyone else?

Doesn't your MLS provide county records with the listing? Flex (NEO MLS) has the records but I prefer Datascout or PVPLUS to get county records anyway.

They don't know what data/sources is true/acccurate... so they're using appraisers to fine-tune their future models for FREE; no wait... YOU get to pay for to help them marginalize you in the future...

Quicksource is designed to suck the data out of your report feed CoreLogic database/AVM and eventually put you out of business.
