Getting cash out refis and home equities picking up as nervous or soon to be RIFed Feds get cash that they may never pay back.
I have had my pilots license for 40+ years and after listening to the tower tapes it is obvious the small jet pilots violated their taxi instructions. Their initial read back was totally screwed up, most likely due to their not paying attention. The controller then repeated the instructions that include holding short of the active runway and the small jet pilots provided a correct read back. However, the small jet pilots failed to follow their instructions and it also appears they failed to scan the runway for approaching and departing aircraft. Regardless of controller instructions the flight crew is responsible to ensure they can safely follow their received instructions. My guess would be the small jet pilots will be severely reprimanded, may be fired by their employer and possibly lose their licenses. Unlike a drivers license, the FAA will pull your license if you screwup.Did you hear about the near crash of a SW airline almost hitting a private jet in Chicago early this week?
The public has and these stories will scare the public in flying. FAA and Trump need to do better job.
Since DT took office, my business went down by half, and now is down by 2/3. Anyone else super slow lately?

Thank you for your perspective. There's so many confident self-proclaimed "experts" on here who have zero experience in the thing/topic they claim command over.I have had my pilots license
Had mine for about 15. I'm a private pilot with complex rating - and I've NEVER screwed up a tower command. How the heck can a commercial pilot with jet rating (assuming that's the case) screw something like that up? Just boggles the mind. With that many hours, everything should be second nature.I have had my pilots license for 40+ years and after listening to the tower tapes it is obvious the small jet pilots violated their taxi instructions. And if they fail to sell? Can anyone say, "Short sale" or "REO"?Definitely trending lower for sales, but listings are way up.
Yeah, DOM is up as well, and LtS ratios are falling. All the leading indicators are pointing to a soft summer. And without any rate easing, I don't see much that could offset that. And if they fail to sell? Can anyone say, "Short sale" or "REO"?

I guess I've had too many cars that quit me in the middle of the road when the motor died to ever want to fly a plane. I like to fly. Love to take photos from the plane but never wanted a license. One of my classmates, a semi-retired pathologist is a hobbyist and flies an experimental plane. He took it to Liberal, KS and run the lab their while their doc was on vacation. The good doctor left him a BMW to drive around during the two weeks, then he got back in his little one-man plane and flew 400 miles back home.Had mine for about 15
