Why can't we band together on Feb 4th?

The Ship Sailed and it's now in the Hvcc. USPAP..TAF...Separation of fees ...AMC battles and all the other 20 year let's band together battles.
 
More work = Higher fees and slower TT. Simple equation that all biz recognizes. But some Skippy's have to put PB&J on the dinner table. Sad state of our life.
WTF dose the TAF, AMC's and end users think will happen? 12 hour turntime, commitment in 2 days, no fee for an AVM?
I don't mind it, But pay me to perform a full summary report. I currently include so much data and explanation now, I have a feeling we are doomed to the AVM's and our Banking System will collapse again and need a G'Ment bail out, Again. All on our dime. We did warn them.
 
Just charge accordingly. Let the AVM's, BPO's and Wavers go to AMC/Lender "Staff" appraisers, and let the Veteran Appraisers deal with the Non-Cookie cutter deals at a Fee according to the loss of "Cookie Cutter" assignments? We would need to charge for loss of normal revenue until we bail out the GSE's again. The sky is not falling.

Everyone should have trained with my mentor. He was a hoot, completely non PC, and really good at what he did.

I already supported my market conditions adjustments; I didn't include a graph of it in the report. Now, I will include a graph. ( and a list of the sales used in the graph)

Graphs are cool, but also anlkyave DOM of listings and avail inventory which often tells the most current and relevant trend particular to a subject.

How about insteading of continuing to look for ways to short cut the process... appraisers do the work they are paid to do in a professional manner? If you don't think your fees are high enough for the work you are doing... raise your fees.

Nothing fancy usually just a short paragraph describing the market trend in area and might add in when it differs from a dominant trend and why,
