Why can't we band together on Feb 4th?

If I use a boiler plate/generic comment as a template, I then will customize it to the subject and market area.
 
I find Fannie's Feb 4 deadline very general. What Fannie wanted was appraisers to really analyze the market trend instead of just throwing in graphs and charts not pertinent to subject.
I suspect many appraisers haven't been doing it right regarding Fannie's request to specify how the market conditions were determined.
Appraisers need to explain more than just throwing in graphs and stats from 3rd party sources.
 
It was good that Fannie has clarified what it wanted - a 12 month analysis. It's a start in setting a standard for appraisers.
Before it was up to the appraiser in choosing a time frame suited his/her purpose.
 
Nothing fancy usually just a short paragraph describing the market trend in area and might add in when it differs from a dominant trend and why,
That is great. Would love to see an example.
