Many New Homes no longer come with standard land line phone jacks and are optional if you pay. This is because younger even older folks use cell phones, cable and satellite dishes and the same with Internet.

I was never ugly to my girlfriend. You know that. I just wanted her to use her influence on separation of fees on truth in lending disclosures to borrowers. She always knew where I was going.

She did have a sly way of avoiding me for personal interests. Her other interests were greater than mine.
