Will the pain go away?

I'm sorry to hear that. Hope a cure will come soon. You must then appreciate life everyday.
Some weeks are fine and I never know when 2 or 3 days will hit, there is no cure on the horizon and at my age I am not looking for any miracles. No biggie there are people who have it worse.

My back on the right side doesn't hurt as much. What's bothering me for past few months is the pain on my left leg particularly my left thigh.
Last night was worse. Couldn't go to sleep. It feels like a stretched rubber band pulled too hard.
I'm fine during the day even now. Only when I'm lying on my bed.
I think I don't do stretching before the workout. I hope that's what it is.
Hey Fernando, you try some MSM (makes glucosamine)or some diamine oxidase (dissolves histamine aka inflammation) these both are great and non sedative, hope you feel better!

Just a follow up. The weeks exercising helped. My back doesn't hurt when I lie down. Advice on working out the core muscles helped.
Now I just have to cure my snoring. I hate wearing the snoring machine.

Is that Gloria Estifan’s new band?

How long have you had a weak back?
Since about a week back.

My lower back hurts and I suspect it was the years I was working continuously day and night raking in the money during the Great Recession.
Since I've been in the gym, it has gotten better but still feel some pain.
If it's arthritis, can I exercise my way out of it and get rid of the pain?
I feel better after I exercise but I hope the slight pain will eventually go away.
No, arthritis doesn't heal, the pain won't go away. If it's in your knees, a doctor will just drone on about you having your knees replaced. In your back, they will prescribe pain killers that you will take all the time, until they become ineffective (don't bother with them, they come with all kinds of other nasty effects). And it will get worse over time.
Some people find relief using boron, simple unadulterated Boraxo cleaning agent, but it is classified as a poison, so few use it. it is about as poisonous as table salt, on the poison index. It actually helps to repair joints and brittle bones, however, it is not a pain killer. cheap as sin, but the pharma industry won't study it (although some doctors have), as it can't be patented, and if it turned out to be universally effective, they would lose all the pain killer sales.
Boraxo can be taken as 1/4 teaspoon daily for men, half that for women. I use it, and have gotten some relief, but I'm 64 and my arthritis is advanced. Some have tried it and claimed relief in as little as 2 weeks.
Keep in mind, I'm no doctor, I'm simply passing on information, but if it interests you, you can do a search online and read the entire story of how it was discovered to help, by a medical doctor that was prescribing it, until his version of the FDA classified it as poison.

2? Hell, that's nothing. Start taking CBD.
Tried CBD, myself, and it did nothing. Tried a product called Microdose gummies, but they don't claim the CBD is helping, they just come out and tell you it's the THC. It's the smallest amount they can legally sell in all 50 states, and it takes at least 3 for me, to feel any relief. I think it works as more of a muscle relaxant, if I had to guess.
I don't take them often, as if you take 3 or 4 you actually get some marijuana-like effects. Also, you get the munchies, which exacerbates the problem if your arthritis is due to weight.
Keep in mind, though, I've never been a drug user, I'm not immunized to THC in any way, so those of you that might smoke the stuff may be used to it & feel nothing. Some people say that one gummy will ease their pain without any other effects. Sadly, I'm not one of them.

Everything is related. Your body is a system, not individual parts. You want balance between opposing muscles...quad-hamstring, lower back-abs, bicep-tricep, etc. If one is overly developed, you will have additional stressors on the corresponding joints.

Compound exercises give the most bang for the effort and become more important for stability as we age.
Ya know, there was a sports figure I'd heard about many years ago that was in constant pain due to racking up injuries over his career, I don't recall who it was, though. He developed a yoga routine that he, and many others, claimed reduced their pain to almost nothing.
Wish I could recall his name, perhaps somebody else here might remember?
Yoga in general strengthens your core and promotes flexibility, could be something to look into.
