When you have been on the forum for awhile you will find most of us do try to spell correctly. Why, even some, punctuate their sentences. Appraisal is an art form which includes one's ability to "effectively communicate" the appraisal. Since we all hold ourselves out as appraisers....is it not then important to communicate effectively, even here on the forum????

Thus sayth the old guy!

Yo Old Guy Mike:

Main Entry: saith
Pronunciation: 'seth, 'sA-&th
archaic present third singular ofSAY

You need to spell sayth right.

TC

(I only ===== and whine on Thirsday)

archaic spelling was sayeth...
I am sure the sage jus' fumblefingered the OTHER correct ol fashioned sy-ing.

I really can't blame yall and your opinions on these two matters; but my personal preference it-

-Saturdays are a great days to work
less traffic so you can get across town much faster. Today, Saturday, I did 4 property inspection and was home by 1:30. My inspections were in Sugar Land, Houston and The Woodlands. Total miles 165.
Monday morning I will not worry about traffic and appts, I will be writing reports.
Also, Saturdays are perfect for refinance loan appraisals, people are home all day, and usually they don't care when you show up.

-Shoes
Commom courtesy is to take your hat and dirty shoes off at the door.
At least that is what I practice.

ps, especially with the homeowner with the pure white carpet or the asian homeowner that never wears their shoes in their homes.
Remember, these are homes.

I enjoy reading all opinions.
