Just an interesting side note:
FL recently suspended a Certified Appraiser who said he 'inspects' every subject and comp and marked every appraisal that he "Did Inspect". In reality, all he really did was look at the pictures taken by the trainees. He was caught and turned in by a listing agent who is also an appraiser.
